Our team of dedicated staff are skilled to provide care for children with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, or complex needs. Our staff are trained to support children through assistance with daily activities, personal care, & promoting social care and integration in the community. Our staff provide the highest standard of care to children, ensuring all their needs are met and also participate in their activities such as swimming, walks, and accessing the community. Whilst also encouraging and enabling independence. Stalwart Staff are experienced in providing social & behavioural support by identifying triggers, removing them, managing challenging behaviour through quick intervention, redirection, and reassurance.
